    Liked our well-equipped and tastefully decorated rooms in this place.

    The whole experience was very good from start to finish, recommend. The hotel was modern and overall clean, its location was strategic right in the heart of Paris, friendly service. The breakfast was fantastic, with good choice of food options. The staff were incredibly helpful, everything was superb.

    We had an very nice time at this hotel. The check-in was not just a routine, we were treated to some amazing macarons and champagne which was unexpected, I mean, who does that right? And the way they took care of my kids with sweet treats in the lobby all day long.

    It wasn't cheap but honestly, it was worth every penny.

    The air conditioning struggles during warm nights!!! Slow bar service and poor internet connectivity detract from the luxury experience!!! Limited hooks and cramped rooms could be rethought for better guest comfort!!!

    Great Location and Service, But Room Temperature Issues

    Our stay included good breakfasts that recharged our mornings. Staff were great too accommodate us, though our room felt uncomfortably warm despite the cool weather. For a peaceful night, consider requesting a room away from busy streets to mitigate the noise from outside.

    Excellent customer service .

    This hotel does not deserve a five-star rating! First off, the room format was odd. We struggled to fit everything in the hallway from the bedroom to the bathroom, ridiculous. The amenities were severely lacking. To top it off, there were no basic business services available, such as a printer or any comfortable lounges.

    Recommend for a momentary visit

    Wonderful staff, wonderful breakfast, made our family feel welcomed and happy , and the 24-hour reception was helpful for our late check-in and luggage storage.

    Everything was just perfect.

    I loved the luxurious mini bar stocked with Fauchon snacks, so sweet 🥐 The breakfast was heavenly with the best Belgian waffles I've ever had. Just wish the check-in process was quicker.

    The staff provided excellent service from check-in, welcomed me with fruity tea mocktails and macarons, to a beautifully spacious suite with a view of La Madeleine. The complimentary mini bar snacks were tailored to my preferences. Breakfast was extravagant, with a variety of fresh options that set the tone for a productive day of meetings.
