We had an incredible time at this hotel. The check-in was not just a routine, we were treated to some amazing macarons and champagne which was unexpected, I mean, who does that right? And the way they took care of my kids with sweet treats in the lobby all day long made my son feel like he was living the dream.

It wasn’t cheap but honestly, it was worth every penny.

The air conditioning struggles during warm nights!!! Slow bar service and poor internet connectivity detract from the luxury experience!!! Limited hooks and cramped rooms could be rethought for better guest comfort!!!

Great Location and Service, But Room Temperature Issues

Our stay included delightful breakfasts that recharged our mornings. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, though our room felt uncomfortably warm despite the cool weather. For a peaceful night, consider requesting a room away from busy streets to mitigate the noise from outside.

This hotel does not deserve a five-star rating! First off, the room format was incredibly odd, making it a nightmare to navigate with large luggage. We struggled to fit everything in the hallway from the bedroom to the bathroom, which was ridiculous. Additionally, the amenities were severely lacking. there was no place to keep our suitcases, and the room felt cramped and poorly designed. To top it off, there were no basic business services available, such as a printer or any comfortable lounges.

The decor is stylish with vivid pink accents. The room includes a well-stocked mini bar and luxurious bedding. Breakfast options are delightful, especially the Belgian waffles. Staff are attentive and friendly throughout the stay. Overall, a wonderful experience! 🎉

Wonderful staff, wonderful breakfast, made our family feel welcomed and happy during our stay, and the 24-hour reception was incredibly helpful for our late check-in and luggage storage.

I absolutely loved the luxurious mini bar stocked with Fauchon snacks, so sweet! 🥐 The breakfast was heavenly with the best Belgian waffles I've ever had. Just wish the check-in process was quicker.
